Ready for more than just a cruise? The Idaho Singles Cruise Experience is designed to turn your vacation into an opportunity to meet, mingle, and make real connections with other singles traveling with our group.

EXPERIENCE FEE: $150 PER PERSON

The Experience Fee is paid to Boise Speed Dating and is separate from your Carnival cruise fare and other travel expenses.

Your Experience Fee helps cover the planning, organization, technology, and hosted singles experiences provided specifically for members of the Idaho Singles Cruise group.

Your experience may include:

• Pre-cruise introductions and group communication

• Access to our private cruise group

• Boise Speed Dating matching technology

• Participant profiles and connection tools

• Organized singles mixers and meetups

• Speed dating and/or mini-date activities

• Icebreakers, games, and social activities

• Coordination of optional group activities and excursions

• Hosted onboard meetups and social opportunities

• Pre-cruise communication and trip coordination

• Post-event mutual match results, when applicable

Specific activities, times, locations, and availability are subject to change based on participation, ship schedules, venue availability, weather, Carnival policies, and other circumstances outside Boise Speed Dating's control.

🛳️ IMPORTANT — CRUISE FARE IS SEPARATE

The Experience Fee does not include your Carnival cruise fare.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, it also does not include airfare, transportation, hotels, parking, gratuities, taxes, port expenses, excursions, alcoholic beverages, specialty dining, travel insurance, internet packages, onboard purchases, or other personal travel expenses.

Participants are responsible for completing and paying for their cruise reservation separately according to the booking instructions provided.

💗 EXPERIENCE FEE REFUND POLICY

The Experience Fee is refundable when cancellation is received 60 or more days before departure.

For the November 15, 2026 departure, the 60-day deadline is September 16, 2026.

Cancellations received after September 16, 2026 are non-refundable because planning, technology, staffing, supplies, reservations, and other group expenses may already have been committed based on participation.

The Experience Fee refund policy applies only to the Boise Speed Dating Experience Fee. Carnival cruise fares, deposits, travel arrangements, excursions, and other purchases are governed by the cancellation and refund policies of the company through which they were purchased.

We strongly encourage participants to consider appropriate travel insurance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Participation in the Idaho Singles Cruise does not guarantee a romantic connection, date, match, relationship, or a specific number or demographic of participants.

Boise Speed Dating is organizing the singles experience and group activities and is not the cruise line. Carnival Cruise Line operates the cruise and maintains its own terms, policies, passenger requirements, schedules, and rules.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the Experience Fee terms, refund policy, participant expectations, and applicable event policies.

“I understand that this payment is the Boise Speed Dating Idaho Singles Cruise Experience Fee and does NOT pay for my Carnival cruise fare, airfare, hotel, transportation, excursions, gratuities, or other travel expenses.”

Refund policy

“I understand that the Experience Fee is refundable if I cancel at least 60 days before the November 15, 2026 departure. Cancellations after September 16, 2026 are non-refundable.”

Cruise booking responsibility

“I understand that I am responsible for completing and maintaining my cruise reservation and meeting Carnival's identification, documentation, payment, check-in, and boarding requirements.”

Activities subject to change

“I understand that activities, schedules, locations, and programming may change due to participation levels, ship operations, weather, venue availability, or circumstances outside the host's control.”

No match guarantee

“I understand that participation does not guarantee a romantic match, relationship, date, or any particular number, age, gender, or demographic mix of participating singles.”

Participant conduct

“I agree to behave respectfully toward other participants and understand that harassment, threatening behavior, or conduct that negatively affects the safety or experience of the group may result in removal from Boise Speed Dating group activities without a refund.”

“I understand that photos and video may be taken during hosted group activities. [ ] I consent to Boise Speed Dating using images/video in which I appear for promotional purposes.”
